Delivery
We're constantly working hard to reduce our shipping rates and delivery times so that you can get your pet food and accessories cheaper, faster and with the least amount of hassle.
Feel free to get in touch with us if you're unsure how much you might have to pay for delivery or which service you need to choose. Remember couriers work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm so if you work fulltime you might use your work address or if you live in Dublin avail of our evening delivery service.
The type of delivery you choose at checkout will affect how long it will take for your order to arrive.
Free Shipping
If you have selected Free Shipping please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery, In some circumtstances your order will be delivered the following day. Order deadline is 3pm daily Monday to Friday.
Express Shipping
If your delivery is using our Express service, we will track your order live to insist your delivery is on time.
If you select Express Shipping and you order on Friday before 3pm your order will be delivered on Monday, If it is a bank holiday weekend your order will be delivered Tuesday.
Regardless of the delivery option you select, if delivery is delayed due to stock levels etc we will email you and refund you the Express Shipping fee.
We offer a delivery service to UK and Europe but please call us to confirm shipping rates, and arrange your order, Please do not order online. Our UK rate is €10.00 per 30kgs. Our Europe rate varies so please call for an accurate price.
Our cut off time for Express delivery is 3pm, however if we are not too busy we pick and pack orders up until 4pm so there is a small chance of getting next day delivery if you order after 3pm but we don't promise just in case we are busy.

The Courier should try to contact you by phone, contact your neighbour or leave a calling card in your letter box. - I work 9 to 5?
Please have the food delivered to your work address or your neighbour. - Which Phone number will I give?
Please provide a mobile phone number so the courier can contact you if he needs directions or if he gets to your house and you are not home. - Goods are damaged?
You must inspect the goods on delivery and If they are damaged please contact us by phone or email within 60 minutes of delivery.
